# Quality Control

## QC Inspection

### Incoming QC

Inspeksi bahan baku masuk:

* Visual inspection
* Quantity check
* Quality check
* Temperature check (jika perlu)
* Expiry date check
* Accept/Reject decision

### In-Process QC

Inspeksi selama produksi:

* Process parameter check
* Sample testing
* Visual inspection
* Taste test
* Consistency check

### Final QC

Inspeksi produk jadi:

* Visual inspection
* Packaging check
* Label check
* Weight check
* Seal integrity check
* Final approval

## QC Checklist

Setiap jenis QC memiliki checklist:

### Incoming QC Checklist

* [ ] Packaging intact
* [ ] Label correct
* [ ] Quantity matches PO
* [ ] No visible damage
* [ ] Temperature within range
* [ ] Expiry date acceptable
* [ ] Supplier certificate valid

### Final QC Checklist

* [ ] Product appearance OK
* [ ] Packaging sealed properly
* [ ] Label correct and readable
* [ ] Weight within tolerance
* [ ] No contamination
* [ ] Batch number printed
* [ ] Expiry date printed

## QC Approval

### Pass

Produk memenuhi standar:

* Approve QC
* Product bisa dijual
* Stock available

### Fail

Produk tidak memenuhi standar:

* Reject QC
* Product tidak bisa dijual
* Investigasi root cause
* Corrective action
* Rework atau dispose

## QC Records

Semua QC tercatat:

* Date & time
* Product/batch
* QC type
* Inspector name
* Checklist results
* Pass/Fail
* Notes
* Photos (jika ada)

## QC Reporting

### QC Summary

* Total inspections per periode
* Pass rate
* Fail rate
* Top defects

### Defect Analysis

* Defect types
* Defect frequency
* Root causes
* Corrective actions

### Trend Analysis

* QC performance over time
* Improvement tracking
* Benchmark comparison
